Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable Civil Labourer to join our growing construction team. This role involves supporting a wide range of civil construction activities such as site setup, trenching, concreting, pipe installation, roadwork, and general labouring. It’s ideal for someone who is physically strong, safety-aware, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Help with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites
Carry out general labour duties including digging, material handling, and ground compaction
Use hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
Provide assistance to machine operators and other crew members when required
Follow directions from supervisors and comply with all safety procedures
Contribute to tasks such as roadworks, drainage, concreting, and pipe installation
Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized
Requirements:

Experience in civil construction or general labouring is an advantage but not essential
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
Dependable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
Able to work effectively within a team and take direction well
Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
