Yard Hand & General Labourer

Aim Site Hire is Victoria's leading hire and rental provider of Temporary Fencing, Portable Toilets, and hire equipment to the domestic housing, construction, and events industries. We are a well-established family run hire company and have been operating across Victoria for over 40 years.

We are seeking a Yard Hand with a current drivers licence and white card to work at our Bayswater Branch.

This position is:

Immediate start available
Weekly pay cycle and employee benefits
Full-Time - Permanent Role - 8 Shifts -6.00am-2.06pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include (But not limited to):

Inspect, Sort, Clean and Pump out assets when returned to yard
Clean, service and perform maintenance on assets so they meet re-hire quality standards
Forklift Operations
Co-ordinate traffic control in the yard
Receive Deliveries, perform inventory controls and stocktakes
Preparing silt bags for delivery
Maintain a clean, safe & well ordered yard

Drivers licence (essential)
Forklift Licence (essential)
White Card or willing to get
Be available Mon-Fri for shifts between 6.00am and 2.06pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 – $27.50 per hour

Experience:

Maintenance, Construction or Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
Yard hand: 1 year (Preferred)
