About Us

We are a specialist accident management company, focused on supporting clients who have been involved in non-fault road traffic accidents. Our comprehensive, post-accident services help clients recover losses and obtain compensation, ensuring a smooth and supportive claims process from start to finish.

We work across the personal injury and accident replacement vehicle sectors, also supporting a wide range of businesses including claims management companies, body shops, motor fleet operators, and claims handlers. With a customer-first approach, our end-to-end service model is designed to ensure complete satisfaction.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Claims Handler to join our Birmingham office. This role is ideal for someone proactive, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in motor claims and liability assessment.

You will act as the first point of contact for clients reporting incidents, guiding them through the claims process and liaising with insurers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure swift resolution and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming FNOL claims via phone and email, accurately recording all incident details
Guide clients through the claims journey, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support
Conduct initial liability assessments and determine the client’s eligibility for services
Coordinate with insurers, brokers, engineers, and repair networks as necessary
Proactively manage a portfolio of claims from initial report through to resolution
Submit FNOL reports to relevant insurance companies and update internal systems
Organise vehicle collection and drop-offs in collaboration with the fleet team
Recover uninsured losses from third parties where applicable
Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other third parties to progress claims smoothly
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in FNOL or motor claims handling
A confident and clear telephone manner
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges independently
Empathetic and professional approach to customer service
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and decision-making skills
If you’re enthusiastic about the role but don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you. Let’s talk about how your experience could be a great fit for our team.
