Roof Tiler/Roofing Labourer WANTED – Restorations & Repairs (Perth Metro)
Full-time | $35–$55/hr
West Wash is looking for a Roof Tiler or labourer with some roofing experience to join our team for roof restoration and repair work. We’re chasing someone long term, someone who wants to become part of the team and grow with the business.
The work
Ridge cap Bedding and pointing
Pressure cleaning as part of restorations
Replacing tiles
Valley replacements
Flashing repairs / replacements
General roof repair + restoration tasks
What you’ll get
Full-time employment – 38 hours per week guaranteed
Overtime paid for anything over 38 hours (OT available if you want it)
$35–$55/hr depending on experience
Paid travel (paid for your drive to jobs)
All tools supplied
Take-home company ute + fuel card available for more experienced candidates
Pay reviews at 4 weeks, then 3 months, then ongoing (pay goes up as you get better)
What we’re looking for
Experience with ridge cap pointing is Ideal
Reliable, safe, and takes pride in high-quality work
Keen attitude, good communication, and wants a long-term role
