Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and motivated Office Junior to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing company.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, assist with basic accounts-related tasks, and help coordinate communication across the business.

This role offers strong development potential for someone keen to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

General administrative duties and office support
Raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
Collecting, processing, and filing supplier invoices
Loading new jobs, POs, and work orders onto CRM system
Cross-referencing and chasing invoices
Managing shared inboxes and calendar updates
Sending certificates to clients and following up on quotations
Arranging site visits and coordinating meetings
Taking meeting minutes and distributing notes
Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems
Assisting with induction packs and site documentation
Answering and directing phone calls professionally
Ordering stationery and PPE
Supporting website and social media updates (uploading photos and content)
Maintaining and organising SharePoint company folders
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; however, we are happy to consider an apprentice or a recent college leaver who is keen to learn and develop.
Good organisational and time-management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
A strong team player who is also confident working independently

Pay: £16,640.00-£24,436.80 per year
