About the Role
We are currently seeking Rig Offsiders to support our piling operations across a range of infrastructure and construction projects.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, experience in piling or civil construction, and a desire to build a long-term career in the ground engineering sector.


Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, daily operations of the piling rig, and demobilisation of piling rigs and equipment
Support drillers and rig operators during piling operations
Conduct general laboring duties including manual handling and site clean-up
Carry out basic maintenance of plant and tools
Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture
Report hazards and assist in maintaining HSEQ compliance on site

About you

Previous experience as a rig offsider or labourer in piling
Hold minimum Dogman High Risk Work Licence
Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions
A safety-first mindset with the ability to follow instructions and procedures
Willingness to work away from home on remote or interstate projects
Hold other high-risk work tickets (advantageous)
Committed to learning and career development in piling operations
