We’re on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and customer-focused Instore Sampler to lead our instore tasting marketing programme.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine love for food and engaging with people, this is your opportunity to shine.

In this role, you will bring products to life through engaging tastings that excite the senses and sparks conversation. You’ll confidently upsell featured products by delivering persuasive verbal recommendations and creating memorable sensory experiences. Your friendly and knowledgeable approach will help educate customers about our products - turning tastings into sales.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a natural ability to connect with customers
Communicates confidently and enthusiastically
Has a passion for food and quality products
Can work independently while representing our brand professionally
Is motivated to drive sales and achieve targets
Is physically fit and ready for hands-on work
Has a commitment to food safety and hygiene compliance
Is able to foster a positive, motivated, and fun team culture
Has a collaborative spirit and drive for excellence
Has previous experience in a fast-paced grocery or retail environment
Has a cooking qualification. This would be desirable but is not essential.
