About the Project
ACCIONA is part of the alliance building the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant. The project delivers a major new water source for Perth. It involves designing, constructing, operating and maintaining a state of the art desalination facility. The work supports long term water security for Western Australians. The SMP team delivers key structural and mechanical works.

About the Opportunity/Position
You will coordinate Structural and Mechanical works onsite and lead direct crews and subcontractors. You will plan work, align resources and maintain safe, efficient delivery. You will report to the SMP Superintendent and work closely with engineering, safety, logistics and commercial teams. The role drives safe performance, quality outcomes and program alignment.

Lead field safety and model ACCIONA values
Coordinate SMP works to meet program and quality
Plan labour, plant and material needs
Supervise crews and subcontractors
Liaise with logistics and engineering
Maintain accurate site records and reports
Support permit, environmental and quality compliance
Required Skills and Competencies
Mechanical construction supervision experience
Ability to read drawings and work packs
Strong safety leadership record
Relevant trade or mechanical background
Australian work rights
