PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTION TO MOST OF OUR HOUSES YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE, MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO TRAVEL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CITY WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE PERIMITER
A good job with our company means detailed, consistent cleaning of every area, every visit — not surface-level or rushed work.
We do full, detailed cleans each time, not “touch-ups.” This means we don’t just wipe counters and vacuum floors. Each room is cleaned thoroughly and treated as its own space, with attention to detail throughout the entire home.
Day to day, this includes:
Cleaning each area of the home individually and completely, not skipping rooms or tasks
Wiping and detailing surfaces, fixtures, and touch points — not just what looks dirty
Noticing and addressing buildup, fingerprints, splashes, dust, and grime without being told
Leaving homes looking consistently clean, polished, and cared for, every visit
Most homes are cleaned independently, so you must be comfortable working alone, managing your time, and holding yourself to a high standard. Larger homes may be cleaned as a team, where clear communication and equal effort are expected.
A “good job” means:

This role is best suited for someone who naturally pays attention to detail and understands that quality matters more than speed.

Showing up on time and ready to work for every scheduled clean
Communicating promptly and professionally if an issue arises (lateness, illness, questions, or concerns)
Following our cleaning standards and checklists every visit, without cutting corners
Respecting clients’ homes, privacy, and belongings at all times
Maintaining a professional attitude — no rushing, complaining, or careless work
Calling in last-minute, frequent rescheduling, or inconsistent quality is not acceptable in this role. We are looking for someone who takes their commitments seriously and understands that clients depend on us to deliver the same high standard every time.
