We are hiring a Service Advisor to own the service process from customer intake to job completion. This role manages work orders in Mitchell, coordinates closely with technicians, and ensures approved work moves efficiently through the shop.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and close repair orders in Mitchell
Communicate estimates, approvals, and vehicle status to customers
Review technician inspections and recommendations
Drive workflow, cycle time, and job completion
Ensure approved work is documented and billed accurately
What We’re Looking For

Automotive service advisor or industry experience preferred
Strong customer communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
Confident using shop management software (Mitchell an asset)
Compensation
