About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional female educator with a Master’s degree in Education to support the

homeschooling program of a dedicated young athlete on a high-performance track. This role is ideal for

a passionate, forward-thinking teacher who values academic excellence, character formation, and the

thoughtful integration of modern tools—especially AI—into education. The right candidate will combine

strong traditional teaching experience with a progressive mindset, helping to create a rigorous yet

flexible academic environment that complements an elite training schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1 Deliver daily academic instruction across core subjects, including math, language arts, reading,

writing, and general studies.

2 Follow and adapt structured homeschool curricula such as Beast Academy, APOS Math, Wordly

Wise, literature and writing-based programs, and science and history curricula.

3 Integrate AI tools thoughtfully to develop future-ready learning skills.

4 Personalize instruction based on the student’s pace, strengths, and athletic commitments.

5 Incorporate Catholic religion curriculum into the weekly schedule.

6 Foster curiosity, critical thinking, discipline, and a love of learning.

7 Coordinate with parents and coaches to maintain a balanced academic and training routine.

8 Track progress and provide regular updates to the family.

Required Qualifications

1 Master’s degree in Education (required).

2 Minimum of 5+ years of teaching experience (elementary or middle school preferred).

3 Experience with homeschooling or individualized instruction.

4 Familiarity with Beast Academy, APOS Math or other advanced math programs, Wordly Wise,

literature and writing-based curricula, and science and history programs.

5 Strong understanding of AI tools and interest in integrating them into modern education.

6 Warm, engaging, and highly organized personality.

7 Ability to adapt to a flexible, athlete-centered schedule.Preferred Qualities

1 Experience working with high-achieving or gifted students.

2 Background in project-based or inquiry-based learning.

3 Knowledge of additional subjects such as languages, music, or enrichment programs.

4 Interest in long-term collaboration with the family.

Compensation

1 Competitive hourly or salary-based compensation.
