Our busy Psychology practice in Tweed Heads is looking for a casual/permanant part time Medical Receptionist who is flexible in their availability.

Role

You will be the face of our organisation therefore amazing customer service is a must. Your duties will include:

Taking enquiries and bookings for clients
Greeting clients and data entry
Managing referrals
Opening and closing the practice
Billing including Medicare and Eftpos payments
Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
About you

You must have experience as a Medical or Allied Health Receptionist
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills with a strong customer focus
A reliable and fast learner with attention to detail
Flexibility of hours and days available.
We are looking for a team player with a friendly, compassionate and calm manner. You must have medical experience in order to apply.
