Retail Store Manager

ManCave Workwear at Harbour Town Premium Outlets Gold Coast is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance.

Store Trading Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Thursday late night: until 7:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Roster:

Sunday to Thursday
8 hours per day
38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

Welcome and greet customers, delivering exceptional customer service
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
Drive sales through upselling and multi-selling to maximise ManCave Workwear opportunities
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual standards
Receive stock deliveries, check against invoices, price, and merchandise promptly
Operate point-of-sale systems, including cash, credit, and other payment methods
Accurately process transactions, provide receipts, and balance tills
Maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge
Manage stock control, daily replenishment, window displays, oddments, and reserve storage
Build customer loyalty and support ongoing sales growth
Assist in leading, motivating, and coaching the store team to achieve targets and KPIs
Support inventory control and loss prevention initiatives as delegated by management
Meeting reporting and communication responsibilities to the Director
OHS Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory legislative; internal policies and procedures associated with the activities of their position;
Supporting the business with managing compliance obligations in accordance with the company framework and operating procedures;
Have a clear understanding of processes, systems and people within their business area that are subject to the compliance requirements;
All employees have a legal responsibility to assist Business Owners ensure overall safety of the store by adhering to health and safety policies, procedures and standards (as per Man Cave Workwear Health and Safety Policy).
Work Experience / Key Requisites

Excellent customer service skills
Extensive experience in managing a retail environment at least 2 years full time experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
