BPO Associate

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product and service support, resolve customer issues and escalations, and process orders or requests.
• Data Management:Maintain and update customer records, manage contact lists, perform data entry, and assist with financial reporting activities by processing invoices and performing statement reconciliations.
• Team & Operations Support:Assist in managing team schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations. Coordinate resources, contribute to recruitment and training, and support quality assurance processes.
• Administrative Support:Manage email correspondence, prepare documents, and handle other administrative tasks to support overall BPO operations.
