About the role

We are seeking a true industry professional with a passion for food and beverage who wishes to join a vibrant and energetic team in the integral role of Outlet Manager. Overseeing both Le Jardins and the Water Salon, as well as assisting with Events, this full-time role will ensure all guests receive a unique dining experience. You will develop high performing teams who are proud to consistently deliver a flawless service experience.

You will be responsible for the following;

Providing 5-star guest service as a hands-on operational leader
Engaging, inspiring and effectively managing your team and their training needs
Positively responding to all queries (both internal and external)

Ensuring departmental compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene practices
Commitment to the immaculate presentation, ambiance, and cleanliness of outlets
Identifying and resolving problems efficiently

About you

Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Previous experience in a multi outlet operation within a luxury hotel environment
Excellent guest relations, problem solving, decision making and time management skills
Excellent personal presentation and an eye for detail
Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
Knowledge of Impos point of sale system would be a definite advantage
A la carte experience
Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues certificate (RMLV) would be an advantage
