The business is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise group integrating real estate development, property management, financial investment, cultural tourism, health care and the nursery industry. The corporate group currently operates its business activities in China, Hong Kong, Canada and Australia.

As the Group continues strategic expansion in Australia, we are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Chairman of the Board, overseeing long-term governance, strategic direction and ensuring sustainable growth across all Australian business entities.

Position Overview:

Serves as the highest authority of corporate governance within the Australian Group structure. This position provides strategic oversight, ensures Board effectiveness, drives long-term value creation and maintains strong alignment between Australian operations and the broader Fine Peace global vision.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership, strategic acumen, corporate governance experience and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the Board of Directors and oversee governance of all Australian subsidiaries.

· Formulate long-term corporate strategy and ensure alignment with Group global objectives.

· Oversee major investment decisions, development projects and corporate restructuring initiatives.

· Ensure the Board operates effectively, with proper risk management, compliance and accountability frameworks in place.

· Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management, including the CEO and executive team.

· Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, government bodies, financial institutions and strategic partners.

· Oversee corporate performance, financial sustainability and major capital allocation decisions.

· Uphold the highest standards of ethics, corporate governance and stakeholder transparency.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Extensive experience in senior leadership roles such as Chairman, Board Director, CEO or equivalent.

· Proven track record in corporate governance, strategic planning and high-level decision-making.

· Strong understanding of large-scale property development, investment or diversified enterprise operations.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

· Visionary thinker with the ability to drive long-term organisational growth.

· Tertiary qualification in business, management, finance or related discipline preferred.
