The Role
We’re seeking a confident and professional Sales Consultant to join our team on a full time bases.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls and warm leads only (no cold calling), explain our services, answer client questions, and secure bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and follow up warm leads
Explain inspection services clearly and build client trust
Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into bookings
Keep accurate notes and client records
Requirements

Native English speaker with excellent phone communication
Minimum 1 year experience in phone sales or customer service
Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
Able to work from office
