Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Social Science Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Civics, and Economics) and creating an engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking and student participation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate and monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Encourage students to participate in discussions, projects, and activities.
• Conduct regular tests and maintain academic records.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Support school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Educational Qualification:
• D.El.Ed / B.Ed
• Master’s Degree in Social Science / History / Geography / Political Science or related subject.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Preferred).
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills:
• Strong subject knowledge in Social Science.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Classroom management skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and smart class technology.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Salary:

As per school norms and candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,628.02 - ₹16,000.12 per month
