Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until 12 June 2026 (with the possibility of ongoing employment)
Position Classification: General Admin Staff Grade 3
Remuneration: $36.10 per hour

Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital

What you'll be doing
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining theatre consumable stock to ensure safe, efficient clinical operations. It involves ordering, receiving, storing, and rotating stock; maintaining accurate inventory records and par levels; responding to urgent supply needs; and working closely with clinical staff.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
Previous experience in inventory management preferable.
