We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead from the front, run smooth services, and build a strong, proud team.

# The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, including:

Leading FOH & BOH teams during service
Ensuring exceptional customer experience at all times
Staff recruitment, training, rosters, and performance management
Managing stock, ordering, cost control, and wastage
Handling customer feedback professionally and proactively
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Working closely with ownership to drive sales and improve systems
This is a hands-on role — you’re expected to be on the floor, support your team, and set the standard.

#What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
High attention to detail and strong operational mindset
Experience with rosters, stock control, and reporting
Passion for hospitality, people, and continuous improvement
Full Australian working rights
