We are seeking a Senior Store Team Member / Supervisor to support daily store operations at Karrinyup Shopping Centre and help drive service excellence.

About the Role

As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining premium food standards, and leading by example on the floor. You will act as a trusted support to management while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
Leading shifts and supporting team members to deliver outstanding customer service
Preparing, assembling, and merchandising products to brand standards
Monitoring food safety, hygiene, and health compliance with strict attention to detail
Managing opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
Proactively assessing stock levels, placing orders, and minimising waste
Training and mentoring junior team members
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Ensuring visual presentation aligns with Hotlob brand expectations
Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Supporting sales growth through strong product knowledge and guest engagement
Requirements

Must have valid Australian work rights
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Available for part-time employment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.55 – $28.90 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
