Customer Service Representative - Part time

Pockit Self Storage is proud to offer the best self storage solutions available and we are currently looking for an outgoing, customer focused, professional individual to join our Manitoba team as a Customer Service Representative. Applicants must be energetic, self-motivated, and sincere; have a positive “can do” attitude and enjoy helping customers. Candidates should possess excellent multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills while delivering a 5-star customer service experience. Computer, cash handing, and general knowledge of store opening and closing procedures would be considered an asset. Experience in rentals, sales, budgeting, contractual service agreements, retail keyholder, food service industry, and hotel/property management are desired, but not required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist in the day-to-day facility operations and administration, maximizing occupancy levels, minimizing delinquencies, and maintaining the facility appearance/cleanliness to Company standards. Candidates must be available to work weekdays and weekends between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm. A reliable vehicle will be necessary as the candidate will be required to provide primary support for our South Winnipeg location, and secondary support for our North Winnipeg location, as needed.
