We are looking for team players that:
Can provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers.
Are results oriented and love selling.
Can work productively, both on their own and as part of a team.
Will demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.
What you will be doing:
Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Please also note; Christmas Casual Sales Professional fixed term contracts will end on or before 18th January 2026 but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
