About the Role

As our Operations and Staffing Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

People Support:

Partnering with the store manager to create the weekly schedule.
Managing daily payroll tasks and executing the flex worksheet.
Communicating scheduling (roster) updates to the team.
Assisting the store manager with hiring and training new employees.
Administration:

Reviewing and tracking cash audits, deposit logs, and slips.
Monitoring and reporting progress, problems, and solutions to the leadership team.
Enforcing standard policies and procedures.
Customer Service:

Supervising staff to ensure professional customer service.
Ensuring customers are treated with the utmost respect and care.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous retail or relevant hospitality experience.
Is a people-person with a knack for coaching and leadership.
Seeks continuous improvement through feedback and learning.
Is computer literate and adept at multitasking.
