Responsibilities:

Show off your expertise by crafting and serving a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair.

Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details like espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.

Collaborate closely with our donut dream team to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.

Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas to develop their skills and uphold our high standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe or coffee shop environment.

Expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.

In-depth knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and flavour profiles.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create connections and engage with customers.

Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume setting.

Flexibility to work shifts covering all 7 days of the week, including early mornings and evenings.
