The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Laser Cutter Sales Representative (with HSG Laser Machine Operator Experience). This role position is ideal for someone who enjoys thrives in customer-facing environments. You'll be helping clients bring their ideas to life through sales and service whilst also operating state-of-the-art laser cutting machinery when the time is required.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, via phone, online and in person
Understand client needs and translate them into tailored laser cutting solutions
Prepare accurate quotes and manage pricing discussions professionally
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client projects
Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer expectations are met
Represent DDP Laser at industry events or open days when required
Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience is required for this position
Machine Operation:

Operate and maintain our Brand NEW HSG laser cutting machine with precision and care
Prepare materials and ensure accurate setup for each job
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot minor issues
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
What We're Looking For

MUST HAVE - Experience with laser cutting machinery or similar equipment
Minimum 1 year of laser cutting machinery experience is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Sound to Advanced computer skills (e.g., email, quoting software, spreadsheets, invoicing)
Own reliable vehicle

Pay: $70,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
