Integration Consultant

We are seeking a talented Integration Consultant to join our dedicated and highly skilled software integration team at Constructive Software. This is a full-time role based in our Perth office. As an Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our cutting-edge software solutions for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

· Integration requirements analysis, design and development.

· Provide prompt and effective third level technical support on our existing integrations and core application, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

· Analyse and diagnose software problems, and implement appropriate solutions

· Document and resolve technical support requests

· Assist with the testing and deployment of software updates and new features

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and documentation

· Collaborate with the wider team to enhance the user experience of our software products

What we're looking for

· A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

· At least a years experience with production integration environments

· Deep knowledge of SSMS, T-SQL and Azure SQL infrastructure

· Beginner to immediate experience with C#, EF Framework and Github Actions.

· Wide knowledge of integration methodologies and proven experience with them.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users

· Experience with software testing, deployment, and technical documentation (desirable)

· A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve
