Concession Manager – Aquila (Canberra)
Aquila is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead one of our locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
Drive store performance through strong sales leadership and KPI management
Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are consistently met
Manage daily store operations, including stock, and visual presentation
Build a positive, results-focused team culture
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of sales experience (retail leadership experience highly regarded)
Full-time availability
Proven track record of achieving results in previous roles
Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills
A proactive, accountable, and performance-driven mindset
