We're on the lookout for a Concession Manager to take the lead at MYER Bondi-someone who thrives on delivering a next-level customer experience and empowering a high-performing team.

The Opportunity:

38 hours per week | Tuesday - Wednesday: 9:30am - 6pm | Thursday 9:30am-5pm | Friday: 9:30am - 4:30pm | Saturday: 9:30am - 6pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
