RARE OPPORTUNITY to join our busy and modern multi-location denture clinic and lab! We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Denture Clinic & Lab Receptionist to join our amazing team. You'll be part of a wonderful group with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

About the Role:

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and welcoming patients into the clinic.
Building rapport with patients.
Attending phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Scheduling and managing the appointment book.
Communicating and explaining treatment plans to patients.
Specialist referrals and Lab work coordination.
Receiving payments, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
Managing and ordering stock.
Lab Work Management.
Maintaining rigorous hygiene protocols for both the clinic and lab (daily cleaning).
About You:

We are seeking a candidate who:

Has a minimum of 2 years in the dental and/or medical industry
Possesses a highly professional demeanour and great personal presentation.
Has the ability to think on your feet while maintaining an eye for detail.
Possesses a passion for holistic patient care.
Is willing to work in a collaborative and dynamic team.
Has sound computer skills; experience with Dental 4 Web and Outlook is essential
Also, experience with Xero and Whatsapp is advantageous
