Based at our Sutherland Office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW - working with a fleet of over 130 trucks! Join a close-knit, supportive team where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you’re planning skills and quick thinking will make a real impact.
Your shift will entail working nominated hours between 6am - 6pm Monday to Friday and every second Saturday from 6am - 2pm. This position is conveniently located next to Sutherland train station.
Your day will involve:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Coordinate and allocate delivery schedules based on driver and truck availability
Use advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movements
Communicate with internal teams (production, sales, technical, transport) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems.
What are we looking for?
A strong team player with top-notch communication and customer service skills
A fast thinker with strong problem-solving and planning abilities
Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
Experience in logistics, allocations or freight
Knowledge of NHVR fatigue management — training provided if not!
This position would suit someone who has an enthusiastic desire to work in a productive team environment where high morale contributes to customer satisfaction.
