Supercity Chem-Dry is a carpet cleaning and flood management company and are leaders in carpet, rug, upholstery cleaning and water damage restoration. A super cool role is up for grabs for a super cool person to tackle anything and everything office and customer services related.

About the role

This enviable opportunity to join a small but fun team will require someone who likes to be on their toes to tackle some of the below responsibilities.

· Inbound/outbound calls – carpet cleaning bookings and scheduling site visits

· Creating estimates

· Liaising with insurance companies regarding claims, updates and approval requests

· Insurance administration including data integrity of Technicians reporting

· Ensure all necessary documentation is loaded for each job

· General office administration (happy to turn your hand to anything)

About you

· It goes without saying that you are an Admin/Customer Services star

· You have a thirst for learning and love a challenge

· You pride yourself on your ability to prioritise and accuracy

· Strong computer knowledge and the ability to grasp new systems

· You enjoy seeing things through to completion and building internal and external relationships with an array of different personalities

So, in a nutshell this role is crucial to the overall success of the business and we need someone who is self motivated and keen to learn. You will be 1 of 3 administrators so there is loads of support with your training but you just need to come with a great attitude.
