Our Suzuki dealership at Narellan is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team.


About the opportunity:


If you are passionate about working in a customer centric team, delivering positive face to face customer service experiences this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers
Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention
Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals
Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base
Assist customers with test drives

Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
A genuine commitment to delivering industry-leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences
A self-motivated team player who’s ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and have fun along the way
Open, confident communication skills
Availability to work Saturdays
Hold a current driver license
