An exciting, fast-growing start-up based in Parnell is on the lookout for an experienced Medical Administrator to jump in and hit the ground running. The Role
This is a hands-on admin position where you’ll play a key role in keeping data accuracy. You’ll be supporting a passionate team in a business that’s growing quickly – so adaptability and initiative will be your superpowers.

What you will be doing:
Managing and maintaining records using Medtech
General administrative support
Data entry and database management
Coordinating documentation and ensuring accuracy
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
You will need to offer:
Proven experience using Medtech (essential)
Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
A positive, proactive attitude (start-up energy welcome!)
