About the role

Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.

Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis
Knowledge of vocational services pathways
Wheelchair & Seating trained
What you’ll do

Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities — no two days are the same
Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes
Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation
What you’ll bring

A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care
High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community
Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders
Wheelchair and Seating experience
Beneficial: housing mods, VRS, Pain experience
