Do you have the gift of the gab, a big heart, and a passion for making the world a better place? We’re looking for outgoing, driven, and fun-loving tele-fundraisers to join our Glebe team and help raise money for incredible charities like Greenpeace, Doctors Without Borders, Oxfam, World Animal Protection, Heart Foundation and more.
Whether you’re a seasoned fundraiser or looking for your first opportunity in tele-fundraising, this is your chance to earn great pay, develop valuable sales and negotiation skills, and make a real impact.
Your role:
Make outbound calls to past, present, and future supporters.
Share inspiring stories about the work of our charity partners.
Build rapport, engage donors, and motivate them to take action.
Work as part of a team that thrives on energy, results, and support.
We want fundraisers who:
Are confident, chatty communicators who love a good conversation.
Are motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.
Don’t take rejection personally and keep a positive attitude.
Are available at least 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available).
Have experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising—but if not, we’ll train you!
