Location: Calgary, AB (in-person + hybrid)

B.Social Marketing & Management is a social media agency working with brands in wellness, real estate, hospitality, and service-based industries. We’re looking for a Calgary-based Social Media Content Creator who is comfortable being on camera, creating UGC-style content, and supporting on-site filming and content planning for our growing client roster.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both in front of and behind the camera, understands short-form video trends, and can bring brand stories to life in a natural, engaging way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating UGC-style video content (Reels, TikToks, short-form video)
Appearing on camera when needed for brand and lifestyle-style content
Filming on-site B-roll content for clients (Calgary + area)
Supporting content planning and ideation aligned with brand strategy
Assisting with monthly content calendars
Editing short-form video content (basic–intermediate level)
Collaborating with the B.Social team to execute cohesive social strategies
Potential opportunity to grow into account management support (client communication, scheduling, approvals)
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Are based in Calgary and available for on-site filming
Are comfortable and confident on camera
Understand what performs on Instagram and TikTok
Can follow brand guidelines while still creating engaging, authentic content
Are organized, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines and clients
Enjoy both the creative and strategic sides of social media
Have experience with content planning tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, etc.)
Bonus Points If You:

Have experience managing or supporting social media accounts
Are comfortable leading on-camera prompts or voiceovers
Have professional videography experience
Have basic analytics or reporting experience
