Full job description
This role is for a highly skilled, creative, and experienced professional who can deliver exceptional photography and videography. You will be entrusted with capturing the beauty of high-end residential and commercial properties. You’ll work closely with our top agents and clients to produce media that exceeds expectations and sets industry standards.

Requirements:

At least ONE year of experience in real estate photography/videography, with a strong portfolio. Applications without portfolio will NOT be considered.
Clean criminal record.
Reliable vehicle to use for transportation.
Own gear and equipment including modern full-frame mirrorless camera, 16-35mm lens, 24-105mm or 24-70mm or similar lens, portable flash (at least AD200) with trigger, sturdy tripod, gimble for a video. iGuide measuring system will be provided.
Drone operation experience will be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, including interior, exterior, drone footage, and virtual tours.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with agents and clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored, visually compelling content.
Equipment Mastery: Maintain and use cutting-edge gear to ensure superior results on every shoot.
Punctuality: Arrive on time for all shoots and meetings, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and deadlines are consistently met.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
