Results Driven Performance Marketing Role

We're a small, fast-moving performance marketing team based in Parramatta, Sydney, and we have an opening for someone who loves the whole game — not just the media buying side of it.

We believe performance marketing today is fundamentally a creative discipline. The best ads win. And so we've built a team where everyone — yes, including the founders — rolls up their sleeves and builds creatives. It's not a chore here. It's the fun part.

About the Role

You'll take full ownership of a select number of client accounts (we don't believe in spreading thin across 10+). Your week will include mapping out creative angles, writing hooks and scripts, building ads using AI tools, running tests on Meta, keeping Google Ads clean and structured, and communicating results clearly with clients.

A good fit looks like: Someone with 3+ years in performance marketing who gets genuinely curious about why one ad outperformed another. You enjoy structured experimentation. You take ownership without needing to be nudged. You're comfortable speaking to clients and you value honest, clear reporting over polished fluff.

Bonus points if you've worked in trades, home services, or lead-gen businesses — and if you've already started exploring AI tools for creative production.

Compensation is competitive with a performance component tied to results.
