Join the Argus Team - Alarm Service Supervisor | Hamilton
We're looking for a motivated Alarm Service Supervisor to lead from the front and help drive our fire protection excellence across the Waikato region. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and knows how to pivot confidently as operational needs change. (roughly 50/50 office and tools)

What you'll be doing- Working with the Alarm Service Manager:
Lead, support, and coordinate our Alarm Technicians across multiple service sites
Manage job scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site supervision in a continually changing environment
Balance planned work with reactive priorities, adjusting focus based on urgency and criticality
Build strong, trusted client relationships through clear communication and reliable service delivery
Be hands-on where required, including quoting, project oversight, defect rectification, and callouts
Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards
Coach and develop junior technicians, supporting their technical and professional growth
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in fire alarm systems (installation, commissioning, or service)
Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
The ability to move seamlessly between tasks while maintaining quality and accountability
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong commitment to health & safety
Working knowledge of NZ compliance requirements and standards (preferred)
