Are you a mechanically minded go-getter looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Hydraulink is on the lookout for a Sales and Service Technician to join our fast-paced Hamilton team. This is your chance to take your mechanical skills on the road, build strong customer relationships, and be part of an industry leader known for getting the job done right, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, and the opportunity to earn $32–$42/hour (depending on experience) plus the chance to boost your income through commission for developing new business and retaining loyal customers.

As a Hydraulink Sales and Service Technician, you will:
Deliver on-site hydraulic hose repairs, maintenance, and installations
Diagnose and fix issues quickly and accurately
Respond to breakdowns and urgent service calls across your region
Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to expert
Identify and grow new business opportunities while servicing existing clients
Take part in our on-call service roster (extra pay applies)
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re after someone who’s just as comfortable with people as they are with machinery. You might be a tradie, mechanic, or fitter-welder looking for a more dynamic, mobile role.

You’ll bring:
At least 3 years experience in the same or similar field
A full, clean driver’s license
Strong mechanical know-how (automotive, mechanical, or similar)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
A keen eye for safety, detail, and quality work
Physical fitness to handle the job’s demands
Willingness to be part of the on-call roster
Bonus if you have:
Trade qualifications in mechanical or automotive work
