Digital Marketing Specialist | Google Ads & Meta Contractor

Your role:

This role is on a contractor basis, starting part time (5-10 hours) hours depending on candidate . Must be able to work in our Mount Eden, Auckland office, some potential WFH hours. With potential to grow into more days/hours. We offer flexible working hours, specifically suited for parents looking to work within school hours.

This is a role where you will take the lead on campaign management for digital ad campaigns:

Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Microsoft Ads (Bing)
LinkedIn Ads
What you'll need to succeed:

At least 2 years experience in campaign management or in an agency-type ad operations role
Outstanding client relationship management skills with the ability to manage client expectations and have effective conversations regarding budget and timelines
The ability to execute successful digital marketing campaigns through others - by working with your colleagues and third parties and overseeing their work
Good in-depth knowledge of all digital marketing disciplines
Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Ads & Shopping and performance-based marketing
Understanding of Social Media Marketing is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
To be highly organised and attentive to detail
To be a fast learner with the ability to adapt and cope well with continual change and innovation
Tasks & responsibilities

Communicating effectively with clients about their marketing performance. You will speak confidently and clearly with a focus on our company values such as professionalism, honesty and trust
Managing platform performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Your objective will be to maximise performance toward client objectives, setting targeting, objectives, bidding, and building creatives

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
