Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Telecaller for international calling who is confident, fluent in English, and comfortable working in Canadian shifts. The candidate should have prior experience handling overseas clients, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage calls professionally while meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international clients/customers
Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns
Maintain accurate call records and reports
Follow communication scripts while adapting to conversations
Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets
Build positive customer relationships
Required Skills

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international calling or voice process
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Ability to work night shifts as per Canadian time
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales or lead generation (international)
Prior work-from-home experience
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
