Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the service provided by the company. In addition to this, you are required to collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

Selected Executive day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling on the given numbers.
2. Continuing the discussion via Whatsapp.
3. Brainstorming in the Marketing Strategy of the company.
