Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and confident Telecallers to handle medical admission inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process and providing complete information about medical courses and colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding medical admissions
Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
Follow up with prospective students and parents
Maintain call records and update data regularly
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Age: Above 35 years (preferred)
Languages Required: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam (must know at least two; more preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in telecalling or education/medical admission counseling is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,246.18 - ₹15,400.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
