What is the role?
As part of our Operations Team, you’ll work across a variety of projects supporting monitoring programmes, asset management, and construction site supervision. You’ll be hands-on in the field and office, helping ensure our projects run smoothly and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and communities. This is a role with variety—no two days are the same—and you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and contractors.

About you
You have a minimum of a Bachelor of Civil or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant experience.
You are confident coordinating with contractors, clients, and team members, and can balance fieldwork with reporting and data management.
You are fit for fieldwork and comfortable being in the field collecting data, sometimes by yourself or in remote areas.
You hold strong environmental values and have a genuine passion for sustainability.
You are committed to respecting and actively upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and are willing to continuously develop an appreciation of mātauranga Māori in relation to your role.
You thrive in a fast-paced, interpersonal environment.
You have excellent written skills and are confident in presenting to and collaborating with technical and non-technical audiences.
You have experience in administrating contracts under NZS3910. ‍ ‍
