Toronto-based startup building automation systems for growing businesses.
We help companies eliminate manual work, streamline operations, and unlock leverage using modern automation and AI tools.

This is a profit-sharing partner opportunity — not a traditional employee or contract role — with strong income upside for high performers.
***No need to quit your current job. We work primarily remotely on our own time.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy automation systems, applications, reporting, etc. for clients
Integrate APIs, SaaS tools, CRMs, ERPs, and internal systems as requested, using AI tools where advantageous
Architect scalable workflows/apps/automations using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, Copilot, or custom code (.Net, SQL Server, Java, HTML, C# and such, looking for dev skills in all technologies that are potentially useful to corporate offices and small businesses)
Build cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS, etc.)
Lead client discovery, estimate timelines, and deliver independently
Support and optimize deployed systems
Provide brief technical and/or user documentation for the work delivered
Work mostly remotely and independently, with flexible hours
Occasionally meet with business clients to flush out and document requirements (be your own business analyst)
Occasional GTA travel for client meetings, delivery, training, etc.
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of professional software development (full stack, preferably)
Proficiency in front-end and middle-ware development
Database experience and asset
Ability to automate tedious repetitive tasks with solid solutions
AI incorporated development experience an asset
Proven English language skills (speaking and writing) and experience interfacing with end users for requirements gathering, delivery, and training
Open to any and all technical skill sets
Who This Is For

Strong communicators (client-facing required)
Independent operators able to scope and deliver projects single-handedly or with minimal assistance/supervision
AI/LLM experience a plus but not required
Incorporated contractors preferred (or must be willing to incorporate)
