CSR Showroom

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our CARTERS Kaiwharawhara team where you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers on the trade counter in our busy Showroom. With your commitment to outstanding customer service and accurate data entry, you might just be the person we've been looking for.

About the role
Working in a fast-paced environment where customer service is key, your role will include but not limited to:

Serving at the counter while ensuring the showroom is professionally presented and stock effectively displayed
Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation
Ensure freight charges are consistently applied
Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers
About you
You'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:

A team player with the right attitude. You're approachable and have a helpful attitude, as well as a willingness to lend a hand and 'muck in' when needed.
A real people person. You have proven experience building trust and rapport with customers.
Skilled Administrator/Proficient in computer systems. Fast and accurate data entry skills
Confident and articulate. Skilled in both written and verbal communication
Building or trade industry knowledge is advantageous.
