Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised guest experiences, anticipating needs and creating moments of surprise and delight from arrival to departure.
Provide expert local insight, offering tailored recommendations on Queenstown’s attractions, culture, dining, events and experiences.
Coordinate all guest logistics, including restaurant and activity bookings, tours, transport arrangements and seamless itineraries.
Guide guests through the full QT concierge offering—valet, porterage, luggage handling, key pick ups and luxury suite services.
Manage VIP experiences, understanding preferences, preparing bespoke touches and resolving any issues to maintain a flawless 5 star standard.
Collaborate across hotel teams, ensuring high service standards, safety, grooming excellence and consistent delivery of the QT aesthetic and experience.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 years' experience in a guest facing role within a hotel or resort.
Confident in guest engagement, service delivery and problem-solving.
Strong local knowledge or a passion for learning the best of Queenstown’s experiences.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
