About Us:

Founded by an Olympic Bronze Medalist, Aqua Artist Swim School is a premium provider of aquatic education. We are known for our professional standards and our deep connection with the local community. We are looking for an organized, bilingual Site Coordinator to lead our East Tamaki campus operations.

The Role:

In this role, you are the key bridge between our families and our teaching team. You will ensure the campus runs smoothly every day, providing a professional environment for parents while supporting our teachers to deliver their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Ambassadorship: Be the professional face of the school, managing bilingual communication via Enterprise WeChat (WeCom) and email.
Daily Coordination: Manage the daily roster, ensuring all classes are fully staffed and running on time.
Professional Standards: Maintain a high-energy and disciplined atmosphere on-site, ensuring our teachers follow company guidelines and remain engaged with students.
Parent Relations: Assist families with enrollments and coordinate with our Quality Lead to keep parents informed of their child's progress.
Front Desk & Facility Management: Provide a welcoming environment as the first point of contact; manage phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and maintain the professional appearance of the reception and changing areas through regular daily checks.
Who We Are Looking For:

Bilingual Mastery: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
Leadership Potential: You are a natural at organizing people and aren't afraid to uphold high standards of professionalism.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Enterprise WeChat and basic scheduling software.
The "Extra Mile" (Preferred but not required): * Previous experience in a sports or aquatic environment is a significant plus.
*An interest in swimming or a basic understanding of swim levels will help you hit the ground running.
